My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the staff was generally friendly and the location was quite convenient, I was disappointed with the room's size and the noisy service. The breakfast was decent but not what I expected. Overall, it has a good value for the price, but the room and service experiences could use some improvements.

I found the room to be quite small and it was different from what I expected based on the pictures. It wasn’t ready until after check-in time, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff was friendly most of the time, but I had an early morning interruption when someone banged on my door, which woke me up abruptly. On the other hand, the luggage handling staff was helpful.

The location was pretty good, close to many attractions and restaurants, but I wouldn't want to walk around much due to the presence of homeless people nearby.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. However, the rooms felt outdated, and I found some issues with cleanliness. The location was a bit sketchy for my taste, but it was conveniently close to Philips Arena where I attended an event. Overall, it was decent, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
